Product Description Vintage and rustic, the Big Sky Cabinet has a bold and simple design featuring seeded antique glass doors with a diamond-and-cross-beam pattern decorative overlay. The Charred Timber finish on the exterior contrasts with a Vintage Natural finish on the interior that reveals the authentic knots and wood grain of the Pecky Hickory Veneers. The doors have soft-close hinges, and behind them are two adjustable wood-framed glass shelves with a plate groove and one fixed wood-framed glass shelf in the center with a plate groove. The two lights have a 3-intensity touch switch on the right pack panel.

Distressing includes worm holes, rasping, gauging, plane shock, hand plane, drawknife, wire brush and screw head. Vintage Natural on interior: a warm, rustic, organic finish over hickory veneers. Distressing includes chopping, rock, drawknife, gauging, chain distressing and wire brush. Dark brushed bronze bar pulls.

Through hand-craftsmanship such as rubbing and padding, our finishes feel as good as they look, with a smoothness that is delightful to the touch.
Frame Construction Hooker Furniture uses carefully chosen solid wood and select wood veneers over durable wood products in our furniture construction. Use of veneers enables more decorative looks unattainable with solid wood. Veneers are used over durable wood products such as medium density fiberboard (MDF) and particle board, made of renewable resources. MDF and particle board are used in quality furniture for areas that need to be stable, such as large surfaces. These durable wood products do not expand and contract with heat and cold and do not absorb moisture as much as solid wood, which results in stronger and longer-lasting furniture.
